Randie Ravkind Ellis
Randie serves as the current President on the GU Board after serving as Ttreasurer for the past three years. She has been active in the recovery community for over 22 years. She has been the female coordinator for NA meetings in Gatesville for over 12 years. In 2007 she was awarded the Governor's Criminal Justice Volunteer Service Award in recognition of the program's positive impact on female inmates incarcerated within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She lives in Plano with her son.
Kelly Wood, Treasurer
Kelly has years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. She has served on the Taste of Arlington steering committee and worked for Theatre Arlington, coordinating volunteer projects, annual campaigns and fundraising efforts. She currently works at an equity investment company and resides in Dallas, Texas.
Sarah Linn, Secretary
Sarah has been in the recovery community for over 7 years and has been very involved with many aspects of service. She has worked with Hospitals and Institutions for the Lone Region of NA for the last two years and is still involved. Sarah was on the voting committee from 2005 - 2009 for the Lone Star Regional Convention of NA. She works at her current career at the Art Institute of Dallas for the last nine years where she is the Assistant Director of Readmissions.
Roxann Coulam
Roxann has been active in recovery for over 19 years, participating in Hospitals and Institutions service work for the entire time. She previously served as Chair, Co-Chair and Member for local 12 Step Service committees in the communities where she has lived and now serves as a member of the GU Board.
Roxann is an independent sales associate for FFUSA (Merchant Services) and Pain Free Breast Imaging (Thermography Center). She lives in North Dallas with her husband Les.
Kate Blackstone
Kate Blackstone has been actively involved in the recovery community for over 6 years and has worked with and for non-profits in the areas of marketing, design and print over a decade. Kate is Vice-President of Metropolitan Press, a local print, publishing and design company. She lives near White Rock Lake with her partner and son.
